In ASU News: the design work behind stackable pathways

ASU News reports on how Arizona State University is redesigning the structure of learning for an AI-enabled economy. Patrick Rossol-Allison, associate vice president for strategic partnerships and enterprise collaboration at ASU’s Learning Enterprise, describes the credentialing framework now taking shape and what changes when prior learning carries a person forward instead of starting them over.

The question underneath the story is one the Learning Enterprise works on every day. A learner finishes a course, earns a credential, comes back three years later for something else. What has to be true structurally for those three moments to add up to a career instead of three separate starts.
